Returns

• We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags or packaging still attached.

• Please contact us before sending any returns so we can provide instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• As all items are vintage, slight signs of wear or age are expected and are not considered faults.

• Items marked as final sale or personalised/custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee exchanges for the same item.

• If you would like to exchange, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order for another piece you love.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
